addressing the challenges hybrid leaders are facing today
My name is Ruth and I am a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach who helps hybrid leaders build strong and effective teams.

I've worked with dozens of organisations and individuals over the past few years, and I've talked a lot about how hybrid has changed how we work.

I'm not interested in the debates about returning to the office and the best project management software. I'm interested in how hybrid changes how we do the really important stuff - build a culture, communicate well and collaborate effectively.

I bet, as a leader, you are too.

I've put together three webinars to share my insight, learning and experience on the three topics that come up most often when I'm working with hybrid teams.

Because when we work well together, we're more productive and we're happier. And that's what every leader wants.

The webinars are:
wednesday 5 november 12.30pm

How it works
Each webinar will be 45 minutes long.
There will be a presentation from me with insights and tips (cameras off, bring your lunch), followed by time for questions and discussion. You can participate as much or as little as you want.

If you can't make one (or any) of the live times, register anyway and I will send you a recording after each session (this won't include the Q&A session).

When you sign up, you'll be added to my mailing list and you'll receive a fortnightly email from me with tips, insights and recommendations. I'll also let you know about other events I'm running or services I offer. Hopefully you'll find it all useful, but if you don't you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
